Roger Bell

Roger is an Army veteran who specialized in mobile communications and was honorably discharged at the rank of sergeant. Following his military service, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration from Western Illinois University. He went on to serve nine years in law enforcement before deciding it was time for a career shift.

Roger spent the next 15 years with Invisible Fence Brand pet containment systems. Starting as a technician, he advanced to manager of Invisible Fence of Peoria/Bloomington and eventually became the owner, gaining valuable experience in business operations and customer service.

He later joined Rivian Automotive as a technician, further expanding his technical and problem-solving skills. Roger discovered Blue Nose Aerial Imaging while exploring new professional opportunities. Before launching his drone services business, he earned his FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate, Level 1 Thermography certification, and BPERP flight proficiency designation. Today, Roger brings hands-on experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to professionalism to Blue Nose Aerial Imaging of Bloomington.
