Thomas Strom
Thomas Strom is the creator of Vindur Drones and a Blue Nose Aerial Imaging franchise owner in Durham, North Carolina. He served as a firefighter for 19 years before leaving to attend graduate school at Syracuse University. In 2024, he started his journey as a drone pilot by attending a drone program hosted by Clemson University. After attaining his FAA Part 107 Pilot License, APSA Flight Proficiency, and Level 1 Thermography Certification he joined Blue Nose Aerial Imaging to further his education in aerial photography.
He lives with his wife Shannon and two dogs Reuben and Pearl in Durham, North Carolina where they take walks in the woods along Lake Jordan. They also enjoy watching the Carolina Hurricanes and rally racing.
